DRA (DRAGON MINING LIMITED) 2010-06-24:
Dragon Mining announced encouraging diamond core drill intercepts from the Svartliden Gold Mine in Sweden, with the receipt of assays from the eastern zone open cut extension drilling campaign. A total of 30 holes from the 32-hole campaign have now been drilled with the remaining holes scheduled to be completed by the end of June 2010. Significant intersections include: 9.0m @ 2.04g/t Au; and 7.0m @ 2.40g/t Au. A second diamond core drill rig will now commence activities on a new 25-hole, 4,645m campaign, designed to further examine the western portion of the deposit.

WSA (WESTERN AREAS NL) 2010-06-16:
Western Areas announced a significant intersection of strongly disseminated nickel sulphides, 200m north and below the high-grade New Morning deposit. The intersection consists of an 88.3m interval from 868.4m to 956.7m down-hole depth, which includes several zones of disseminated and localised stringer sulphides separated by bands of granite and footwall sediments. The estimated true width of the mineralisation is 20-30m. Preliminary Niton estimates have returned spot values up to 2% Ni for the disseminated sulphides and peak values up to 6% Ni and 3% Cu for the stringer sulphides. Assay results are awaited from the drill core to confirm nickel and copper grades.

Eleckra Mines announced that due to the recent high grade gold assay results received from drill holes at the southern section of Central Bore, the Company has moved the drill rig back to the Central Bore to test for extensions further to the south of previous drilling. It is planned to test a further 200m to the south of holes drilled to date. Samples will be sent to the laboratory for assay and results will be released to the market as they come to hand.

Krucible Metals announced Korella Phosphate (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) has recently pegged a Mining Lease Application (MLA 90209; 1,577 ha) over the Korella deposit. This Application has been accepted for processing by the Queensland Government. A smaller lease (MLA 90208; 25 ha) has also been pegged to facilitate trial mining and bulk sampling for potential customers. It is anticipated that this smaller lease will be granted within 12 months. The Company also announced that drilling has been completed at the Pilgrim Prospect (JV with Deep Yellow) but it will be 2-3 weeks before final analytical results are received and interpreted.

Minemakers announced that the feasibility study into production and export of Direct Shipping Ore (DSO) from the company's 100%-owned Wonarah Rock Phosphate Project has been completed with positive results. The base case for the feasibility study concerns commencement of production at 0.5Mtpa and ramp-up to 3Mtpa, with 9.4Mt of DSO to be mined in an initial five-year operation. The 2010 drilling program will start in June 2010 and aims for further conversion of some of the extensive high-grade Indicated and Inferred resources into additional reserves so as to drive a longer term operation.

Eastern Star Gas announced its monthly drilling update on its coal seam gas drilling operations, in Northern NSW. The Company announced Edgeroi 2 has reached a total depth of 1056m with the Black Jack Formation and Maules Creek Formation fully cored. From wireline logs run at total depth it is interpreted the well has intersected 18.1m within the Maules Creek Formation, including 14.8m within the Bohena seam. The well also intersected 2.3m of net coal in the Black Jack Formation, comprising of a 2.3m Hoskissons seam. The Company also announced Blue Hills 2 has reached a total depth of 1073m with the Black Jack Formation and Maules Creek Formation fully cored. From wireline logs run at total depth it is interpreted the well has intersected 13.5m within the Maules Creek Formation, including 8.9m within the Bohena seam.
